The apartment benefits from a large recently renovated bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC.

Only a 2 minute walk away from the beach or alternatively a short walk away from the town centre, the location of this apartment is unbeatable!

Not to mention being within walking distance to the Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth train station, Bournemouths main tourist attractions, the famous winter gardens and extremely close to three major car parks.

There is a plethora of shops, restaurants and cafes all under a 5 minute walk away making this an extremely convenient base for your visit.

Interaction with guests
We are on hand throughout guests stay and provide an emergency out of hour's telephone number for your peace of mind. We like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay, but we are on hand and available when needed.

Bookings over 10 days will receive a complimentary weekly linen change carried out by our housekeeping team, I will inform you of the scheduled day that this will take place. An additional housekeeping service can be arranged upon request (charged additionally)

Please also consider that due to the central location of this apartment noise is unfortunately unavoidable and there restaurants and the beach front near by.

Please note - Do not take any towels from the apartment to the beach. If they are found to have been taken to the beach, unfortunately we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee.
