**The space**

As you come home from a day on the beach you will enter the apartment with the living area to your left, a modern open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with everything you could need to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Not mention the smart TV, perfect for family movie nights after a day of fun in the sun!

Through to your right is the main bathroom offering a large, new renovated, modern shower an ideal space for some alone time, to reflect on the day's adventures.

Further to your right you will find the bedroom boasting a large and comfortable double bed where you can catch glimpses of the sea through the bedroom window.

Once a booking is confirmed we will send you details relating to your check in.

Interaction with guests
We are on hand throughout guests stay and provide an emergency out of hour's telephone number for your peace of mind. We like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay, but we are on hand and available when needed.

Bookings over 10 days will receive a complimentary weekly linen change carried out by our housekeeping team, I will inform you of the scheduled day that this will take place. An additional housekeeping service can be arranged upon request (charged additionally)

Please note that the apartment has exterior CCTV for the safety and security of our guests, thank you.

Please note - Do not take any towels from the apartment to the beach. If they are found to have been taken to the beach, unfortunately we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee.
